Shirt from Uniqlo, skirt is Glassons, coat is very very old (just sayin') Valleygirl, shoes are Topshop and tights from ASOS.
My favourite nail colour at the moment, courtesy of Jenny. It's Mermaid's Tears by OPI (just what is that name). I hardly ever paint my nails myself but everytime I go to her place she does the whole base coat, top coat thing for me. When the first chip appears I will cry a little bit inside.
In other news - today has been a very good day. Our new internet service has been activated - faster and wireless, finally. A Clash of Kings (the book after A Game Of Thrones) finally came in the mail (you should have seen me run/stagger to the post office with the collection card), so after this I'm going to lie in bed and read till I fall asleep. I'm so mad that it took all of three weeks to get here. Next time I might just pay that extra $7 and buy the book here to save all that pain.

Haha I bought my first pair of red tights after seeing them on Blair in season 1.
DeleteI too do this if I'm not seeing the same people haha, although I have been known to do it when I have seen them too - can't help it! When you get comfortable with an outfit it's hard to not be tempted to just throw it back on again for the 2nd or 3rd time.

mermaid tears sounds awesome! and you did a good job DIY. i could never have a steady hand to paint a decent top coat without getting it everywhere else (like my skin). and forget about wearing the same stuff - i do to save laundry and looks! repeat offender wears it better xx
ReplyDeleteOh, how I dread that first chip! It's one of the reasons I prefer pedicures over manicures - harder to chip plus even when it does, you can't see it as easily! :)

ReplyDeleteI wish I could rock those coloured tights! Love the colour of your nail polish. I just wish OPI nail polishes weren't to expensive. I have a similar colour from some random brand and it turned out a lot darker. I was so disappointed! Where do you buy your books from by the way? I heard the show (Games of Thrones) is good.

I agree, it is totally slow. I was so so worried. I thought the book I was ordering was lost, but eventually it did come. The wait was totally worth it. It's only about the only place I know that sells hardback copies of book!

A Game of Thrones! I am endlessly contemplating whether or not I really should buy the book. I want to read it, but the fit size and thickness really intimidate me. I mean, weren't it as good as most people say it'd be wasting ~$23. Oh horrible.
If you don't mind internet shopping, it's about $10 on bookdepository, haha. Books here are way too expensive!

Haha I've been wearing the same outfit for like 4 days I think...that's probably something I should not admit, but summer dresses are so easy to throw on! I blame it on my after-vacation lazy period. You are quite a trooper for waiting that long for a book. I usually just cave in, but I shake my fist at the extra charges. Also, you look really adorable in that outfit! x
